Kdy\u017e se uvoln\u00edme, nech\u00e1me dech plynout ve sv\u00e9m rytmu, kter\u00fd n\u00e1m vyhovuje. Soust\u0159ed\u00edme se na \u010dakru solaru plexu. P\u0159edstavujeme si, \u017ee z n\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed energie a jej\u00ed proud se pohybuje ve sm\u011bru hodinov\u00fdch ru\u010di\u010dek. Kruhy si p\u0159edstavujeme nejd\u0159\u00edve mal\u00e9, po p\u00e1r minut\u00e1ch velk\u00e9, takov\u00e9, \u017ee na\u0161e t\u011blo je uvnit\u0159. Bod na\u0161eho soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed je asi 15 cm nad temenem hlavy. Nakonec by m\u011bla energie vych\u00e1zet z t\u011bla ve spir\u00e1le. Relaxujeme takto asi t\u0159i minuty a pak spir\u00e1lu oto\u010d\u00edme. Sm\u011b\u0159uje naopak do solaru plexu a pohyb je proti sm\u011bru hodinov\u00fdch ru\u010di\u010dek. M\u011bli bychom pro\u017e\u00edvat ji\u017e \u00fapln\u00e9 uvoln\u011bn\u00ed. Asi po dvaceti minut\u00e1ch za\u010dneme sv\u00e9 t\u011blo vn\u00edmat a pomalu se probouzet.Praxe v sedu Vybereme si jeden z j\u00f3gov\u00fdch sed\u016f. Sedneme si vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u011b. Postupujeme jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b praxe v lehu, jak je uvedeno v\u00fd\u0161e. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b bude ale bod soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed nad hlavou, na vrcholu ku\u017eelu spir\u00e1ly energie. Tento zp\u016fsob praxe je trochu krat\u0161\u00ed, asi dvan\u00e1ct minut.
